Official. We build on the Meta WhatsApp Cloud API, the sanctioned platform for business messaging, and manage the setup, verification and webhooks for you.
Do my customers need to download anything?
No. They message your business on the WhatsApp they already use every day. The whole experience lives inside the chat.
How does it take payment?
The Concierge hands off to a secure checkout for deposits or full payment, so the money is in before the appointment is confirmed.
Do I keep control?
Always. You run everything from your Command Centre - prices, slots, staff, stock - and you can jump into any conversation at any time.
Does it chase no-shows and reviews for me?
Yes. It sends each customer a reminder the morning of their booking, lets them reschedule or cancel themselves, and after the visit asks for a rating - the glowing ones land in your Command Centre to approve and feature on your site.
Do I need a Facebook account?
Not necessarily. If you have one, you can connect your number yourself in about three minutes. If you don't, we set it up for you - we provision it on the official platform and you just confirm a code sent to your number. Either way you only need a dedicated phone number that isn't already on the normal WhatsApp app.
Where does the deposit money go?
Straight into your own account. You connect your preferred payment provider (Paystack, PayFast and more) in your Command Centre, and deposits are paid directly to you. OnStack never holds your money. Prefer no online deposit? Customers can simply pay at the venue or by EFT.
What happens if I cancel?
The Concierge is a licensed engine, not sold. It runs while you subscribe and switches off at the end of your paid period. You always keep your storefront and your data.
